After each project third-party research firm Client Insight Inc. interviews our clients to give us an honest assessment of how we did. We use this objective feedback to gain insight into how we can improve.
The interviewer asks our clients a series of questions including, “What do you value the most from your Legacy experience?” The answers below are from real Legacy clients; you can see our performance results on the Client Insight Inc. web site.
